We reserve the right to select the most suitable packaging for each parcel.
To return your product please send your return to: Unit 2, Phoenix House, Hastingwood Road, CM17 9JT.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable, if you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
We recommend using a signed for postal service, as we are not responsible for any items that are returned to us or guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Our policy lasts 7 days from receiving your item. Which means as soon as you have tried the item on you will need to notify us of your request to return within 7 days and post back to our address within 7 days also.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be still tagged, unused, unwashed, makeup/perfume free and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Once we have received the returned item and it has been approved, then your refund will be processed and credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 7 working days.
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items products cannot be refunded.
Some garments may have hand sewn decorative embellishment. We will not be held responsible if it fails.
For refund on jewellery, original sealed packaging and tags must still be in tack. For hygiene reasons, any purchases on earrings will be refused a refund OR exchange.
